When is the best time of day to take supplements?
I eat more than ten nutritional supplements a day.
Do I need all these supplements?
Is it okay if I eat all of this at once? Do these really help me?

First, let's find out which supplements are most effective at what time of day you take.

Supplement can be divided into fat-soluble and water-soluble.


Fat-Soluble
Once a day with a meal or within 15 min after meal
Water-Soluble
Repeat intake 2-3 times a day for it is excreted in urine well
Vitamin A Vitamin B Anytime during a day (2~3 times)
If stomach issue, take within 15 min after meal
If sleep disturbance, take it after breakfast and lunch
Vitamin D3 Vitamin C Anytime during the day, with a meal if stomach upset.
Vitamin E Vitamin Mineral(Mg, Ca, Mn, Iodine, Iron) Absorption decreases on an empty stomach
Keep Mg level in your blood steam or take 300~400 mg after 8 pm for sleep
Iron can be taken on an empty stomach only for the iron-deficient people if no stomach upset
Iodine has an energy-activating effect so sleep disturbance may occur in the evening.
